At its most recent Board of Directors meeting, Conexus unanimously elected William Fields, Jr. to a three-year term.
Bill is the Real Estate Manager for Blackwood Development Company. His career in real estate management began in Joplin, Missouri at Cedar Tree Management Company, where he managed a mixture of office, industrial and retail properties totaling over 750,000 square feet. In 2002, he joined Blackwood Development Company and currently manages over 1 million square feet of commercial retail space.
A Webb City, Missouri native, Bill earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University and received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2007. He has been a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 2004.
He resides in Henrico County with his wife, Lachara.
