This fall, Conexus was able to deliver close to 3,000 pairs of socks to our partners at Communities in Schools of Chesterfield and Communities in Schools of Petersburg. These socks were donated to Conexus by Bombas.
“We are grateful for the donation of socks from Bombas,” said Jeff Baldwin, Communications Director for Conexus. “We wanted to ensure these socks landed ont he feet of kids in need in our community and we are confident our CIS partners will ensure that happens. Between Conexus, our school partners, and CIS, we really are helping a child from head (eyes) to toe (feet)!”
Conexus will receive additional donations from Bombas over the coming weeks and will once again facilitate their delivery to CIS in Central Virginia.
